Service Area & Waste Collection Disclaimer
Affordable Waste Solutions (“AWS”) will only collect waste that is properly contained within the provided or approved waste receptacle. Any waste placed outside of the designated container will not be collected and will remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all waste is securely bagged and placed inside the container prior to the scheduled collection time.
Service is available only within designated AWS service area ZIP codes. Customers signing up from outside these service areas will not receive waste collection, and AWS shall bear no liability for uncollected waste in such cases. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their eligibility before subscribing to any AWS service plan.
By enrolling in an AWS service plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these conditions. Failure to follow the above guidelines may result in service interruption or termination without refund.
